ZiTechnologies is a company building a family of simple, focused apps — including ZiBuy, ZiStock, and ZiFinance — each solving one everyday problem well.
Are the Zi apps free to use?
Pricing details are specific to each app and will be communicated within the app itself. Check each product page for the latest information.
How do I install a Zi app?
Our apps are currently available as installable web apps (PWAs) — open the link from any product card on our homepage in Chrome and choose "Install" or "Add to Home Screen". We're also working on publishing to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
What is ZiHome?
ZiHome is our listings platform for finding land, hotels, Airbnbs, hostels, apartments, and rooms to rent — all in one place.
When will ZiPay launch?
ZiPay is currently in development. Follow our blog for updates as it gets closer to release.
Is my data safe with Zi apps?

What can I sell or buy on ZiBuy?
ZiBuy is a marketplace for buying and selling almost anything — phones, electronics, fashion, vehicles, and more. Sellers can also post job ads under the "Seeking Work" category.
Do I need a paid plan to sell on ZiBuy?
No — free accounts can list and sell right away. Paid plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold) simply increase how visible your listings are in search and category pages.
Is ZiStock for individuals or businesses?
ZiStock is built for businesses — accounts are created under a company, and staff can be added with their own logins depending on your plan.
What happens if my ZiStock subscription expires?
Your data stays completely safe and untouched. You'll see a billing screen with plan options, and access returns immediately once you renew.
Who is ZiFinance for?
ZiFinance is loan and savings management software for moneylenders and SACCOs — not a personal budgeting app. It handles clients, loans, savings, group lending, staff roles, and reporting.
Can multiple staff use ZiFinance together?
Yes — owners can add staff, assign them to specific branches, and control what each person can see and do. Every action is recorded in an audit log.
What kind of properties can I find on ZiHome?
Land, hotels, Airbnbs, hostels, apartments, and rooms to rent — all searchable by district, category, and price.
How do I know a ZiHome listing is trustworthy?
Look for the Verified badge (confirmed landlord ID) and check the landlord's reviews, visible on every one of their listings.
Can I book a ZiRide trip in advance?
Yes — when booking, choose "Later" instead of "Now" and pick your date and time. You'll get a reminder 15 minutes before pickup.
What safety features does ZiRide have?
An in-ride SOS button that alerts ZiRide's admin team with your location, plus the ability to set an emergency contact and rate or block a driver after your trip.
