1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using any app published by ZiTechnologies ("we", "us", "our"), including ZiBuy, ZiStock, ZiFinance, and future products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.

2. Description of service

ZiTechnologies builds and publishes independent web and mobile applications. Each app may have its own specific features and, where relevant, additional terms specific to that app, which will be communicated within the app itself.

3. User accounts

Some apps may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our apps, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, uploading harmful code, using the apps for illegal activity, or interfering with other users' access to the service.

5. Payments and financial features

Some apps involve payments or financial record-keeping. ZiBuy facilitates buying and selling between users. ZiRide involves ride fares, promotional discounts, and cancellation fees. ZiFinance is used by moneylenders and SACCOs to record client loans and savings — it does not itself process payments on your behalf. In all cases, you are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for complying with applicable financial regulations in your jurisdiction. We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice through our apps.

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding, design, and code within ZiTechnologies apps remain the property of ZiTechnologies unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our apps without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZiTechnologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our apps for any user who violates these terms, without prior notice.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to conflict of law principles.
